Non-Returnable Items (Earrings):
For health and safety reasons, all sales of earrings are final. This is in strict adherence to hygiene regulations that govern personal use items. Once earrings have been opened or the items have been worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
We guarantee that all of our jewelry meets the highest standards of quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To ensure timely resolution, please follow these steps:

Returns for Non-Earring Items:
We accept returns on non-earring items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in damaged or defective condition.
Exchanges:
At this time, Angel Jewelry Collection does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you may return it (subject to the conditions outlined above) for a refund and place a new order.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
Due to the bespoke nature of custom and personalized jewelry, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers to confirm all details and specifications before placing an order for custom pieces.
Shipping Issues and Lost Packages:
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Angel Jewelry Collection uses USPS First-Class/Ground Advantage Mail for shipping. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to USPS. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with the process if necessary by providing any supporting documentation.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment by contacting angeljewelerycollection@gmail.com . Once your order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
